Important terms and conditions for booking your stay at Loch Shin Holiday Lodges.
Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount payable is required to confirm booking. The balance is payable 28 days before you arrive.

CANCELLATION:
You should notify us of cancellation by telephone, and follow this with a letter by first class mail. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the start of the booking and we are able to re-let your deposit will be returned. If this is not the case your deposit may be forfeit.

Persons failing to notify us of cancellation or having to leave early for any reason will be liable to pay the whole cost of there booking.

BED LINEN:
Provided free of charge but NOT Towels (except by special arrangement).

PETS:
Dogs are welcome, but are charged for at the rate specified on the tariff sheet. The same applies to cats, but it should be understood that cats are usually stressed by new environments and may well run away. Pets are only allowed on the understanding that they will not be left unattended in the Cabin, not allowed to lie on the furniture.

Outside the cabin, dogs must be under control at all times -- misbehaviour may result in the owners being asked to leave.

ADMISSIONS & EVICTIONS:
Persons causing unreasonable damage or annoyance may be asked to leave. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission for any just reason and refund of monies paid will depend on the cost of any damage done, and any other loss to the proprietors.

VEHICLES:
Vehicles, their accessories and contents are left at their owners risk.

MINORS:
Bookings from those under 18 cannot normally be accepted.

AVAILABILITY:
If due to circumstances beyond our control, the Cabin you have booked is not available (e.g due to fire) a full refund will be made and every effort will be made to suggest alternative accommodation.
